1. Click the Start button.

2. Point to "All Programs," then "Acessories," then "System Tools," and then select "Backup."

3. Click "Advanced Mode."

4. Click "Backup Wizard (Advanced)."

5. Click "Next."

6. Select the "Only back up the System State data" radio button.

7. Click "Next."

8. Click "Browse."

9. Click "My Computer."

10. Open "Shared Documents."

11. Choose a file name, and then click "Save."

12. Click "Next."

13. Click "Advanced."

14. Click "Next."

15. Tick the "Verify data after backup" checkbox.

16. Click "Next."

17. Select the "Replace the existing backups" radio button.

18. Click "Next."

20. Click "Finish."

21. When the backup is complete, click "Close."

22. Close the Backup utility.
